  Trying to find a kitten and you would think I was trying to abandon a cat. The attitude is ridiculous. I hope when I go to look at animals I have a better experience. God forbid I call to see if an animal is still there. They do not update their sites and I have had 2 kittens that were shown as available actually not available which is why I called to confirm.

  Horrible experience! The staff was very rude especially the lady at the very first desk as you come in, inmates were very sweet and helpful. One of the rent-a-cop's laughed as I told the lady what I was naming my dog I feel as if they were just taking it as a joke and I am there to save a dogs life not the experience I expected at all! But I do love my puppy.

  More people need to visit you instead of the money making so called rescue orgs that hang out at petsmart. My kids have adopted great friends from you guys....16 years later they are still alive and well. You need to advertise and let people know you're available. I'd much rather have an Animal on the "wait list" from you than Tenderheartrescue 2. I will be telling everyone about Selt Road. Thank you and God bless all of you.
