- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service number is awful! between being hung up on twice and being on hold it took over 45 min to talk to someone. very aggravating. Also, when you open a new account, you have to sign a signature card at your local branch to activate your debit card. I signed it and a day later, I tried to use it... didn't work. Called 1-800 number, on hold for 10 min only to tell me i have to wait till my branch opens up in the morning to fix it. A VERY unpleasant experience.By Codyuga10, June 06, 2017
